hey everyone!

hope your new year's was fabulous!  thank you so much for allowing my holiday absence!  since my last blog entry, i have been in north alabama with family for christmas, back in pensacola to close on our 1000 fairnie listing (very proud of that!!), toured friends around new york for new year's and their first visit to the city, and am back to hit the ground running and start '08 off great! 

of course, in this industry, we never stop working for you...and i've been going strong by phone and email!  we have a new listing presentation set for tomorrow afternoon and should have a few additions for you to look thru by mid-next week!  i'll also be riding around with a couple of very interested buyers over the next couple of weeks, putting families in their dream homes...always a rewarding experience!  if you see me out-and-about, please be sure to say 'hello'...i always enjoy seeing friends! 

the website will also be going thru it's first major update in january and you'll be seeing fun and interactive things popping up along the way!
