good morning, p'cola!

thank everyone for all your well wishes yesterday for my birthday!  i appreciate your kind thoughts, calls, emails, and cards...i really had a fun day! 

please make sure to check out our 'featured listings' page!  we are up and running.  currently featured, we have a beautiful condominium on ft pickens.  all details are listed and pics will follow shortly!  we are also adding a beautiful east hill home...it is a 'must see to believe the price' home on the corner of 10th and avery!  for the east hill listing, we are shooting a blabtv special next tuesday.  more info on the air date to follow...
