well hello!

it's been quite some time since i had a true opportunity to blog and i apologize!  the beauty of this lack of time is that business has been blessedly busy!  contrary to what the media might like to portray...it isn't THAT bad out there.  granted, it has been a bit better at times, but as i said recently, "People are buying and selling homes everyday...I just want then to do it through ME!"  Laughingly, this motto has held true for many of my collegues, spring is in the air and folks are stirring in the home market! 

this brings me to me next, and for this posting, most important point...i'm hiring an assistant!  YEA!  this will allow me time to focus on what i enjoy the most...helping you with you home buying or selling needs!  we're acutally just beginning the interview process, but because of neccessity, i sincerely hope it's a quick process!

who's 'we'?!?  this is my next big announcement!  my associate, mentor, and dear friend, karen jurkowich, and i have officially partnered our businesses!  it is such a joy to be able to share the many opportunities we each have in our individual businesses and combine our resources to better serve your needs!  as this partnership finishes the development stages, you'll also here from karen on her thoughts, beliefs, and personal mottos.  we're very proud to have this partnership and excited about the future!
