hey everyone!

sorry i've been quiet this week...it's been a wild ride in the world of real estate!  the fabulous part is that it HAS been a busy week!  please remember that even in what others are calling a depressed market, homes buy and sell everyday...we simply have to work a bit harder to make that happen!  but as always, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and i believe we're beginning to see that ball bounce in the local market...more on that to come!

please remember to come out to the portofino this saturday from 1-4 for our fall open house...it promises to be a fun event!  we will have several units open for you to view and you'll have an opportunity for a self-guided tour of the property.  i will be sitting in tower 4-1702 and will also have tower 4-1105 open as well.  check out the listings page of this website for more detailed info on these and several of our other available units.
