Paula Sunshine Soleil

Paula comes to our team from ERA Beach Ball Realty. She was born and Raised in Iowa. She moved to California where she began her real estate career in the late 90's. Paula was honored with a Rookie Award as one of the Rising Stars for the Palm Springs Area. Although she loved the California desert, Paula missed her family which had transplanted to Pensacola Beach years earlier.After moving here, Paula earned her Florida Real Estate Broker's License.

Paula says she is spoiled rotten, but a big volunteer in the community. She has a Love/Hate relationship with workouts, and a thing for Books, She likes to cook, eat and play on the beach. Best of all, Paula LOVES to sell real estate and promises to make your business experience with her as painless as possible.

Linda Goneke

Linda comes to Resort Realty from Remax on the Coast. She has been in Real Estate Sales in this area since 1995 and in Alabama since 1986. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, a Certified Distressed Property Expert and has earned her Brokers License.

Being the Mother of two daughters and loving every minute of it has given Linda a deep appreciation for commitment and the importance of honoring those around her with the pledge of always being true to her word. Linda has been active with The American Heart Association, Tree of Hope, and Habitat for Humanity and is an active member of Olive Baptist Church.
