Brian Tucker

Originally from North Alabama, Brian Tucker and family bought a vacation home in Pensacola, FL in February 2004.  By 2006, the “beach house” had become his permanent home and life’s passion.  Not too long after he moved, Resort Realty broker, Mark Lee, approached Brian and asked if he’d ever considered a career in real estate—which he had.  It seemed to be just the spark he needed to pursue that career path.  Several friends in the industry offering to mentor him encouraged his decision.  “Once those doors opened,” said Brian, “I walked through them and never looked back.  It’s been the best thing I’ve ever done.  I finally found a niche that I would (pun intended) call a home!  It’s been a blessing.”  Although some real estate agents are in it for the money, Brian assures that’s the farthest thing from his mind.  “For me, it’s much more about the people and the relationships I build.  When you get to be very close to your clients like I have, you develop a personal vested interest in these people.  When negotiating, I remind myself it’s not just business, it’s someone’s life.”  And Brian proves his dedication to his community through volunteer work and serving on innumerable boards, committees, and community organizations around the area; including the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola Beach Chambers of Commerce, Pensacola Young Professionals, and Leadership Pensacola.  “I spoke recently with MSNBC personality Joe Scarborough, who is originally from Pensacola, and he reminded me what most people often forget— Pensacola is America’s first settlement.  That really makes us unique. It’s a place of new beginnings, and it’s obviously a great place to call home!” says Brian.
