good morning, pensacola!

i hope everyone had a fabulous weekend...there was a ton of fun activities going on in the area!  from the ice pilots hockey game to the arts and crafts festival in the park, and everything in between, there truly was something for each person in your family to do!  what an incredible and diverse town to live in! 

for those of you who made it by our open house, thank you for coming by!  it, also, turned out to be a  great event...complete with homemade cookies from our seller's wife!  a good amount of foot traffic was generated for this wonderful home and we can't wait to see it go to just the perfect family!  we added new listings to the website this morning and for some reason the 'featured listing' banner isn't appearing for 1000 fairnie (and we're working on that...), but please don't mistake it for a general listing.  this is our featured home...and carries that title for a reason.  what is reason, you ask?  schedule an appointment to tour the house and your answer will become increasingly apparent as you walk thru this magnificently planned home!
