hey everyone!!

sorry i've been quite for the past couple of weeks, you're just keeping me that busy!!  what a joy and a blessing my current roster of clients are!  it's also holiday time, and we at brian tucker living are in full swing!  be sure and check out all the local events and activities available this season...for more info on what's going on around the area, just check back here or consult your local chambers of commerce websites (www.pensacolachamber.com and www.gulfbreezechamber.com are expamles).  another great source for beach information is www.visitpensacolabeach.com.

for those of you available this tuesday evening, the pensacola beach optomist club's christmas performance will be at 7:00pm at our lady of the assumption catholic church on pensacola beach...and your's truly even has a duet!!  please come out and join us...free admission, carols, and candle light vigil (if the case of candles comes in!!).  fun for the whole family!

also, area christmas parades are coming up, so be sure and plan to attend!  gulf breeze is saturday, december 8th in the morning and pensacola's is that same afternoon.  pensacola beach's christmas parade is sunday, december 16 and you can check the visitpensacola website for info on the lighted boat parade...

now, down to business...what's kept me away from the computer?  we have helped a wonderful young couple close on their first home this past friday afternoon.  the couple chose a great home in sandpiper village in gulf breeze and are in the process of moving in and making it 'home'!  another incredible family bought a fabulous 2 bedroom penthouse in portofino's tower three.  they plan to upgrade it to elite status and have it remain on the intrawest rental program!  for more info in this unit and to make a reservation, simply call 850-916-5000 and ask to be transferred to the reservations department.  any reservations agent will be happy to help you, but a personal favorite of the brian tucker living staff is jimmy...he can always find the best for you at portofino!!  our 1000 fairnie avenue listing is under contract and set to close before the end of the month.  we're also working with several other buyers, and have been busy putting together listing presentations for potential sellers in the metro-pensacola area.  and decorate a house, and christmas shop, and stay involved in the community, and lastly, but most importantly, blogging to keep in touch with you!  

i didn't realize how much you all have missed my updates, but thank you for keeping me in check...i won't be gone so long from you again!  and please keep those cards, emails, phone calls, and text messages coming, i love hearing from each of you and keeping you in the loop with all that is going on with brian tucker living, as well as the local real estate market.
